Hey!!!! My name is DeVerne also. I live in central N.Y. I will be 66 on the 19th. of Dec. I am involved in the old car hobby big time. I am allways looking for people with my first name. Trying to find out if it is French or not. I did meet a "DeVerne" a few years ago in Marcellous, N.Y. He was into cars also.

That was my uncle DeVerne Rist (he passed away last summer)in Marcellus. And his son is Deverne as well.
As far as I know, my Great Grandfather's middle name
was Devern, which was a derivation of the Scottish or Welsh, Divern.
